Introducing the Military Mortgage Review Service

You’ve given to your community, now it’s our turn.

At Community Mortgage Company we believe that our military personnel and veterans are heroes. And we want to give back, to say thank you.

That’s why we created the Military Mortgage Review Service to provide you with discounted mortgage advice and raise money for SSAFA – The Armed Forces Charity, at the same time.

How does it work?

It’s really simple. You get mortgage advice at a discounted rate. SSAFA – The Armed Forces Charity gets the whole of our advice fee. And we get a warm fuzzy feeling inside. Win-win-win!

Here’s how it plays out…

Step 1

You get in touch and we have a free, no obligation chat about your current mortgage and family protection needs.

Step 2

We’ll ask the right questions to make sure we know what really matters to you, and see if we can help you save money.

Step 3

You’ll be invoiced at a discounted rate of £199 for arranging your mortgage – our usual broker fee is shown below.

Step 4

Once the mortgage transaction has completed, we’ll donate our entire broker fee to SSAFA – The Armed Forces Charity on your behalf.

He immediately understood our complex requirements and went the extra mile to ensure we were successful. David has always been professional, highly efficient, extremely proactive and knowledgeable… would highly recommend.

We’re aiming for at least £5,000 a year...

In 2017 we launched the NHS Mortgage Review Service and have already raised around £6,500 for Southmead Hospital Charity. Now we’re launching the military equivalent and we’re hoping to raise a minimum of £5,000 for SSAFA – The Armed Forces Charity every single year.

Why are you doing this?

Because we know how vital our military and all its personnel are to this country. Your work has protected so many people and we want to say thank you.

Our founder, Matt Colley, was a military baby, born while his father was still serving with the RAF. Since then he has known friends and clients who have served in all three of the forces. So, he has seen how a safe and stable place to call home can mean more to military families than others can understand.

Matt started raising funds for charity in this way two years ago through his mortgage and insurance advice business, Moving Experience, and has already donated over £6,500 to Southmead Hospital Charity under the NHS Mortgage Review Service.

Now we want to extend our offer of discounted mortgage and protection advice to our military personnel and veterans, and to raise money for SSAFA in the process. It’s our small way of saying thank you.

More about our mortgage services

Raising money for a great cause is all very well, but you want to make sure you’re getting great mortgage advice too, right? Here’s how we work.

WE ASK the right questions to find out what your priorities are. Understanding the big picture means you get real value instead of cookie cutter advice.

WE INVESTIGATE to see whether we can find you cost savings or better value options to support your short, medium, or long term plans.

WE ADVISE so you can clearly see the options that are open to you and make the decision that’s best for you and your family.

WE GIVE the entire broker fee to Southmead Hospital Charity. If any insurance contracts are arranged, we’ll give a proportion of any commissions to the charity too.
